Very nice customer service and they even vacuumed my front seat, which was a pleasant gesture. The maintenance was done well and efficient

The tech was basically rude and brushed off any concerns we had including a low tire which is still a problem. We will be visiting the dealer about the tire issue. I understand tiresay or becoered urge bumper to bumper warranty but there should be some type of warranty with the tire mafacturer. I do want to note our buying experience was very pleasant and the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I hope future maintenance visits are handled more professionally and our concerns are addressed.

I was told that there was an update for my entertainment center sound, the issue wasn’t fixed but after I read the invoice it stated that GM doesn’t currently have a fix

I did not have an appointment and when I went to Pilson for my issues, the lady that waited on me looked over the situation, checked to see if they had the parts and if they could fit me in that day and she did exactly that. The maintenance technicians installed all four brakes and rotors on my car, installed 3 new air psi sensors and not only did it without an appointment but while I waited. I can't ask for anything better than that!
